Closing our Doors
Northshore Millwork Closes Its Doors
Friday, May 1st, 2015 – Mandeville, LA – Northshore Millwork, LLC, a family-owned business operating at 1750 South Lane in Mandeville, Louisiana since 2008, has decided to close its doors due to the drastic downturn in the oil and gas industry. Over the last eight years, they have provided Louisiana and the Gulf South with beautiful, custom high-quality cabinetry, architectural millwork, and custom windows and doors, but the current status of the oil and gas industry is forcing them to focus on their other business endeavors at this time. They are best known for their high quality finish and expert craftsmanship and their work can be seen in homes primarily across New Orleans and the Northshore.
The Diefenthal family who started Northshore Millwork has been in business in Louisiana since 1900 and will focus their attention on the other businesses currently operating out of the Mandeville headquarters in the oil and gas industry, plastic recycling and flame retardant manufacturing industries which have multiple locations across the U.S.
The team at Northshore Millwork thanks Louisiana and the Gulf South for the opportunity to provide beautiful custom cabinetry and architectural millwork for home and business renovations and new construction over the last several years and they hope to be of service again in the future.
